Transtore ‑ Language Translate

This app is incredibly useful for our site, allowing our customers worldwide to shop in the currency and language that suits them best. The team at Transtore are always happy to help, and go above and beyond when there is a conflict with another app to resolve the issue in a positive way.

2/19/26: We were a 5+ year merchant using this app and were previously grandfathered into lifetime access. After reinstalling, that access was removed without warning or transition plan.

When we left a negative review reflecting this experience, support stated that lifetime access would be reviewed again once the review was updated or removed. We were also informed that access may be restricted when negative feedback is received.

Conditioning feature restoration on modifying a review raises serious concerns regarding Shopify’s review integrity policies, which prohibit incentivized or conditional review manipulation.

Feature access and public feedback should be handled independently. Tying account privileges to review changes undermines trust in the Shopify App Store ecosystem.

We believe merchants should be aware of this before installing.

I had an amazing experience with Transtore. We needed a few custom translation fixes on our slide-out cart drawer—specifically updating our main checkout button to the correct French phrasing ('Passer la commande') and syncing up the backend.

Chloe from the support team was incredibly fast, professional, and efficient. She gained collaborator access and had everything working perfectly on our end in no time. The app itself is fantastic, but the speed and quality of their customer service is what truly sets them apart. Highly recommended!
